Shipping policy

Deliveries will be made through specialized carriers, adjusted according to your location. We offer the convenience of receiving your order in the comfort of your home or at another location agreed upon with our team*.

The shipping cost will be displayed when you enter your ZIP code in the field indicated on the shopping cart page. It is calculated based on the distance between the product’s point of origin, the delivery address (destination), as well as the weight and dimensions of the product. This cost is determined directly by the carrier, and our store has no control or ability to negotiate the amount.

The delivery time depends on these factors, along with the purchase date and full payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times can be calculated online in the shopping cart.

The delivery period starts as soon as we receive payment confirmation. You will receive email notifications with updates on your order status and each stage of the process.

We recommend refusing the product if the packaging is damaged or tampered with, as we cannot control transportation after the order is handed over to the carrier or postal service.

Shipping and Tracking

Lalalli.com operates on an ON DEMAND basis. All items purchased are made exclusively for you and produced according to your specifications.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation, and your order will be sent to artist Lalalli Senna for production.

When production is complete, we will email you the invoice and a tracking link so you can monitor the shipment from pickup by our logistics partners to delivery at the address you provided.

The delivery time provided at checkout starts only after the carrier collects the product from our Distribution Center and is determined by the carrier based on the destination.

The time required to hand the product to the carrier includes the production period, packaging, and collection by the logistics partner. Carrier tracking systems may take up to 2 business days to update after Lalalli.com emails you the tracking information.

For credit card purchases subject to risk analysis, approval may take up to 2 business days.

All shipments are handled by DHL, and the tracking link will be sent to your email after DHL collects your order.

For deliveries outside Brazil, local customs duties and taxes will apply. These charges vary by country and are not included in your purchase price. They must be paid directly to DHL or the shipping company responsible at the time of delivery. Lalalli.com has no control over these charges, and failure to pay them will prevent delivery but will not be considered valid grounds for order cancellation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track the delivery using the code provided by email.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is absent, carriers will make up to three delivery attempts on alternate days.

Someone over 18 years old with valid identification must be present at the address to receive the order and sign the delivery confirmation.

If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center. To schedule a new delivery, you must confirm the address and pay a new shipping fee.

The delivery timeframe for reshipment will be the same as originally informed, starting from the address confirmation date.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and may occasionally occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Lalalli.com is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. If the address is found to be incorrect or incomplete, the product will be returned to the sender, and no new delivery attempts will be made until the address is reconfirmed and a new shipping fee is paid.

This situation does not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation, and the purchase amount will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipment. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.

International Delivery

Customs Duties and Taxes

Lalalli.com is not responsible for customs duties or taxes. All purchases shipped outside Brazil may be subject to these charges.

As this is an international transaction, you must comply with your country’s applicable laws. Purchases are classified as “micro-imports.”

Delivery Time

International orders will be delivered to your home or a designated postal facility, depending on the destination country. Prices and delivery times vary according to the weight, shipping method, and destination, and may take up to 30 days from the shipping date.

Attention: If your product is lost or not delivered within 30 days after shipping, please contact our team via WhatsApp +55 (11) 94047-0656 or email info@lalalli.com. We will file a claim with our logistics partner. Response times may vary from 4 to 9 business days. If the loss is confirmed, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement product.

The tracking code will be sent by email on the next business day after the invoice is issued. You can track the delivery progress using the link provided. If you do not receive the tracking code, please contact our team.
