Refund policy
The Lalalli.com store uses cutting-edge technology in the manufacturing of its products, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction.
In respect for our customers and to preserve the credibility we have built over time, we have established an exchange and return policy in compliance with the Consumer Protection Code.
Our goal is to ensure that you, our customer, have an efficient, swift, and, above all, satisfactory experience.
When initiating an exchange or return, the customer must write on the back of the invoice to be returned/exchanged the reason for the return, the name of the person making it, their CPF (Brazilian ID), and the date of return.
On-Demand Purchases
- Exchanges and returns will be accepted for On-Demand purchases, provided the customer contacts us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
- The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of damage, dirt, or any harm caused by the use of products not recommended in our Special Care section, available on each product’s page.
- It is important to note that artworks are produced on demand and come with a serial number.
- The right of return due to buyer’s remorse will only be granted if requested within 7 calendar days of receipt, and provided the product is complete with all accessories and in perfect condition.

Products returned to Lalalli.com without prior communication with our Customer Service will be sent back to the purchaser without prior notice.
Conditions for Acceptance
- The product must not show any signs of improper use of cleaning or maintenance materials.
- The product should preferably be returned in its original packaging and must include all accompanying items: the personalized box, the certificate of authenticity, and the identification plate, along with the original invoice.
Refunds
A refund will be issued exclusively under the following circumstances:
- Proven manufacturing defect or damage during production;
- Product unavailability;
- Exercise of the right of withdrawal within 24 hours of payment;
- Exercise of the right of withdrawal within 7 days of receiving the product (subject to the above conditions).
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
The timeframe for the refund to be credited depends on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.
PIX or Debit Payments: The amount will be credited to your account as soon as the returned product is received at Lalalli Studios, evaluated by our team, and confirmed to be in perfect condition.
Credit Card Payments: Subject to the same conditions for product return, refunds will be issued via a reversal to the card used for the purchase. The credit may take up to two billing cycles to appear, depending on your card’s statement cycle.
