Exchange and Return Policy

Lalalli.com uses cutting-edge technology in the manufacturing of its products, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction. In respect to this mission and to preserve the credibility earned with consumers, the company has established an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. Our concern is to ensure that you, the customer, have an efficient, agile, and above all, satisfactory negotiation experience. When carrying out the return/exchange procedure, the customer must inform, on the back of the invoice to be returned/exchanged, the reason, the name of the person making the return, the CPF (or other identification document), and the date of the return.

 

On-Demand Purchases

ATTENTION: To initiate the exchange process, it is necessary to contact our Customer Service Center via WhatsApp +55 (11) 96906-0635 or through the email [email protected]. We emphasize that products returned without prior communication with our Customer Service Center will be resent without consultation.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must not show signs of use.
  • The product should preferably be sent in its original packaging, and must include all items accompanying the main product, such as the custom box and the certificate, along with the invoice.

Refund:

A refund for a product will occur exclusively under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or damaged product.
  • Unavailability of the product.
  • Exercise of the right of withdrawal within the 7-day period after payment is made.

The amount will be refunded, in principle, by the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

When will I receive the refund?

The time for the refund to be credited depends on the payment method you will use to receive the amount, considering the particularities of each payment modality.
