DELIVERY POLICY – LALALLI.COM STORE
Shipping and Tracking
Please note that we operate using the ON DEMAND system. Items purchased from lalalli.com are made exclusively for you, produced according to your request, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 45 days. Orders are sent for production after payment confirmation.
After payment is made, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, initiating the production of your order. Once production is complete, we will send you an email containing the Invoice and the tracking link, allowing you to follow the route from posting to delivery of the product.
Please note that the delivery time, determined by the carrier, begins after the order is posted. The posting time refers to the time required for production and collection of the product, while the delivery time is stipulated by the carriers, varying according to the destination location.
The carrier's system may take up to 2 business days to update the tracking after shipping. In the case of purchases made with a credit card subject to risk analysis, completion and approval may take up to 2 business days. Our products are shipped by DHL. The link to access the tracking will be sent to your email after the order is posted.
It is important to note that, for orders delivered outside Brazil, local customs taxes may be charged. These taxes and fees are specific to each country and are not included in your purchase; they must be paid to the DHL carrier at the time of delivery. We reinforce the customer's responsibility to keep track of the order's tracking code. In the event of any eventuality, we ask that you contact the store to resolve the issue before proceeding with the return.
Unsuccessful Delivery and Attempts
If the recipient is absent, the carriers undertake to make up to three delivery attempts on alternate days. There must be a person over 18 years of age, with identification, at the indicated address to receive the merchandise and sign the protocol. If the three attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the Distribution Center. In order for a new delivery attempt to be made, it is essential to confirm the address. The deadline for resending the product will be the same as that informed at the end of the order, counted from the confirmation of the address.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 9 pm, and may also exceptionally occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For any other questions, please consult our Delivery Policy.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We emphasize that lalalli.com assumes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address in orders placed in our store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address. In this context, the customer must bear the costs of new shipping so that we can resend the order. International Delivery
Import Taxes and Customs Fees
Please note that lalalli.com is not responsible for charging taxes or customs fees. All purchases made in our online store or through our sales channels and delivered outside of Brazil may be subject to such charges.
Delivery Time
All products purchased in our online store and direct sales/relationship channels lalalli.com of international origin will be delivered to your home or to a postal unit, depending on the destination country. Prices and delivery times vary according to weight, shipping method and destination country, and may take between 17 and 32 days after posting.
Attention: If your product is lost or, due to adverse circumstances, your purchase does not arrive at its destination within a maximum period of 30 days, please contact our team via WhatsApp +55 (11) 96906-0635 or by email [email protected], so that we can file a complaint with the UPS website. Response time may vary between 5 and 15 business days. If the loss of your merchandise is confirmed, we offer two options: a full refund of the purchase or reshipment of the product.
